Custom builds
Custom AI agents and integrations for work off-the-shelf tools can’t do.
We connect your tools and build AI agents that research, sort, draft or check work. Clear rules guide them, and a person approves what matters.
A good fit for
- Processes unique to your business
- Tools that don’t connect out of the box
- Research or checking work that follows clear rules
How it works
Where the agent works and where your team decides
An agent is only as useful as its limits. Each build makes clear what it may do alone, what it has to check and when a person signs off.

What changes for your business
Some processes are specific to your business, or your tools simply don't talk to each other out of the box.
Today: Staff bridge disconnected tools by hand
With automation: Tools share data through reliable connections
Today: Skilled people lose time on research and checking
With automation: An agent prepares the work for their review
Today: Workarounds live in one person’s head
With automation: The process is documented and monitored
What we set up
Workflows that don't fit an off-the-shelf tool, built around how your business already works.
You stay in control
Each agent gets only the access it needs, and you set the approval steps. Actions are logged, so you can review what it did.

A walkthrough
Example: a law firm checks new matter inquiries
A hypothetical example of how this can work, not a client story.
- 01A new inquiry arrives through the website.
- 02The agent extracts the facts and sorts them by practice area.
- 03It prepares a summary and a conflict-check request.
- 04A lawyer reviews it, decides whether to proceed and approves the next step.
FAQ
Questions about custom AI agents and integrations
What’s the difference between an automation and an AI agent?
An automation follows fixed steps. An agent can interpret information and choose among allowed actions, which helps with messy work. We use the simplest approach that does the job reliably.
How do you stop agents from making costly mistakes?
We limit access, set clear rules, test against realistic cases, add human approval to important actions and log what happens.
Can AI models run on our own systems?
Yes. We can host open models locally with Ollama, so prompts and documents don’t need to go to an outside AI provider. Local models need suitable hardware and may not match the largest hosted models for every task, so we test both against your work.
When do you write custom code instead of using an automation platform?
Platforms such as n8n work well for many workflows. We use Python, LangChain or LangGraph when a job needs multi-step agent logic, custom data handling or more control than a platform allows.
Who owns what you build?
We build in accounts you own wherever possible and hand it over with documentation. Details are agreed in the scope before work begins.
